Born in New Zealand into a family of ravers and later raised by a vibrant Sydney techno scene, Untorn brings her deep-rooted passion for a wide spectrum of sounds to the decks.

Her early exposure to labels like Tresor and the likes of Mills, Sims and Hawtin set a solid foundation for her musical exploration. A music lover and vinyl collector for life, Untorn is relatively new to the art of dj’ing however has been quick to use her technical prowess to discover the possibilities in this the digital age.

No stranger to the dance floor, she keeps the energy flowing while weaving through deep, raw and percussive rhythms. Always pulsing, sometimes broken and wrought with twists and turns along the ride. While keeping her feet firmly planted in her techno roots, her love outside the genre can be heard throughout her selections. Allusions to experimental, electro, IDM, and bass music keep her sets original and electrifying.

As a new resident DJ to the respected Vantek group, Untorn is excited to learn and grow while sharing her passion. Whether exploring moody and hypnotic atmospheres or driving the crowd with infectious grooves, Untorn’s dynamic style ensures a memorable trip for the body and mind.
